She has managed large-scale resort projects for multiple clients, including: Las Vegas Sands Corporation on a interior renovation and Ho Chunk Gaming on interior renovations and expansions of four of their hotel properties in Wisconsin -  aligning client vision with design execution. Deidre is a founding member of HBG Design’s sustainable initiative, HBGreen, and is the firm’s foremost authority on green building practices relative to interior design. Deidre’s leadership in sustainability provides the firm’s clients with more informed choices about sustainable practices that can produce long-term operational benefits and the potential for greater returns on investment. When she’s not promoting sustainability at HBG Design, Deidre can be found helping her husband convert and renovate historic homes into flagship properties appropriate for today’s modern family.
