The Project

HBG Design’s architecture and interior design team worked with the Choctaw Nation Owners to add a new 96-room hotel tower with 23 luxury suites, an expanded pool and bar/lounge environment, new and expanded food and beverage venues and new gaming amenities. The new design blends with the existing property to impart an overall enhanced level of quality in keeping with the Choctaw Grant brand aesthetic. A refined design aesthetic modernizes rustic details and enhances the guest experience.

HBG designers termed the expansion inspiration, ‘Refined Rustic’, building on the Choctaw’s rusty red brand color palette, and the property’s affinity for wooden tones and weathered textures. Pulling from the surrounding Oklahoma landscape, designers were especially taken with the shape and texture of the area’s weather worn grain silos.
