The relocation and remodel of Isle Casino and Hotel in Bettendorf enhances and consolidates the existing facility by relocating the casino from a river barge to a new land-based gaming facility. After studying numerous planning alternatives, designers placed the casino in a courtyard area between two existing hotel towers and Isle Center, a back-of-house and retail building. The new casino and the hotel renovation introduces a unique, updated look for the Isle of Capri brand.
Inspiration was drawn from the industrial aesthetic from the surrounding Quad cities, most known for its industrial beginnings adjacent to the Mississippi River. Further design inspiration was pulled from distinctive aerial views of the vast Iowan farmlands.
