The Project
The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians extended their mega successful Four Winds brand into South Bend, Indiana with a new casino, the Four Winds South Bend Casino. The first phase is 175,000 square feet of gaming and includes restaurants, player’s lounge, coffee shop, bars, retail outlets and a parking garage. The design integrates tribal cultural references and symbolism with contemporary details to achieve the elegant lodge style now synonymous with the Four Winds brand.
Phase 2, which recently broke ground, will become Indiana’s largest hotel with 317 rooms, a spa, convention area, meeting space, ballroom, bar and grill, hospitality level with an outdoor rooftop swimming pool.
