On the Boards: 100 N. Main Mixed-Use Development

HBG Design was recently selected as the architect and interior designer for the new 100 North Main development in Downtown Memphis, Tennessee.

The proposed overhaul of the tallest building in Memphis will include 180-210 apartments, a full-service hotel and 38,000 square feet of retail, restaurant space and rooftop amenities. The parking garage will be renovated and expanded and the building’s exterior will get a facelift, but the team will preserve what is possible from the historic building’s design.
