


Rob’s project portfolio includes the “coastal modern” design of the Point Casino Hotel on the Kitsap Peninsula in Kingston, Washington and Winstar World Casino Resort, the largest casino in the world, which involved an extensive expansion and renovation project to elevate the property to a true resort experience. No matter the project size, Rob never wavers in his commitment to design excellence and continually receives high marks from HBG clients for his innovative ideas and expressive design solutions.
With a personal mission to deliver great design, every day, he is equally noted for his willingness and eagerness to share his expertise with others.
For his work in the industry, he is the recipient of numerous AIA Design awards and American Gaming Association Casino Design Awards for Best Architectural & Interior Design; and he was honored with an ENR Top 20 Under 40, South West USA – Top Young Professionals Award in 2015.
Deidre is a founding member of HBG Design’s sustainable initiative, HBGreen, and is the firm’s foremost authority on green building practices relative to interior design. Deidre’s leadership in sustainability provides the firm’s clients with more informed choices about sustainable practices that can produce long-term operational benefits and the potential for greater returns on investment. When she’s not promoting sustainability at HBG Design, Deidre can be found helping her husband convert and renovate historic homes into flagship properties appropriate for today’s modern family.
Jonathan has been involved with LEED since 2009. He strives to assist projects improve their energy performance by use of high performance detailing of air barriers, insulation, and cladding systems. Additionally, he works to reduce project material waste by careful consideration of construction means and methods. As a professional (and father of four children), he recognizes that improvements to the built environment today are the opportunity for his contribution to ensure the world continues to be a place to enjoy for generations to come.
Michael excels at mapping out successful project delivery strategies related to team communications, technology and schedule control and design to budget processes. He provides oversight of internal team members and consultant team members in the delivery of quality design/documentation packages and manages the work effort with a consistent focus on design advocacy and maintaining the client’s design vision throughout the project from kick-off to opening.
Jason also has a tenacious drive to help his teams solve big picture challenges through process change solutions that add value across the firm. He works closely with HBG’s documentation team to spearhead expanded implementation of critical tools and technology integration between the firm’s design and CA processes to drive greater design continuity, project team communication, efficiency, and accuracy.
She has a long history of high performance producing measurable results as practice manager, overseeing the effectiveness of HBG’s project staffing, scheduling, project document packages, and quality control reviews. She also helps lead the firm’s Revit training program, specifications consulting program and documentation outsourcing strategy. The importance and positive impact of Leslie’s practice operations initiatives cannot be overstated.
